• We use state-of-the-art Asmus® Suspended Platforms which allows us to rapidly set up and effectively service your blades up-tower. No need to bring in a crane.
• We utilize pressure washers to rapidly deep clean the blades to remove contaminant build-up and restore blade performance.
• We conduct regularly scheduled up-tower blade inspection and repair to prevent minor damage from spreading, to restore blade performance, to ensure lightening protection is functioning and to prolong the life of the blades.
• We inspect blade exterior prior to warranty expirations and help you manage and inspect work done by third parties.
• We apply Teflon paints on the blades to prevent contamination build up and reduce blade icing.
• We apply leading edge tape to protect and prolong the life of the blades.
• We perform cosmetic repairs, blade remediation, major structural repairs and lightening damage repairs.

• Once per year for the life of the blades
• Prior to OEM warranty expiration
• Extreme wind event shut down
• Tower or gear box vibration faults
• Excessive noise from blades during operation
• Low power production
• Lightening strike within 5 miles of turbine
